CLASSIC AUCTIONS
BIDDING
We are open to the public for live bidding or offer online at the Saleroom.com, telephone or commission bidding. The auction starts at midday on Saturday. Telephone or commission bids must be registered by 6pm the day before the sale.
A deposit of 10% of the lower guide price, or a minimum of £500 up to a sale of £5,000. If you are unsuccessful this will be refunded on the Monday and Tuesday after the sale. You will need to allow an additional three to four working days for the funds to be credited to your card. Please call the office on 01553 777444 after completing the form below to make payment via debit card.
If you are successful and make a winning bid, you will be emailed an invoice. This will show the full price of the purchase including hammer price of the car plus the buyer's premium. You must pay this in full by bank transfer, details above, by the Wednesday following the auction.
Please note
Bids made after 6pm on the Friday before Saturday's auction and after 6pm on the Saturday for Sunday's auction, cannot be guaranteed. If your bid has been taken provisionally by the auctioneer due to it being lower than the vendors reserve, your deposit will be held until it is confirmed whether your bid has been accepted which we endeavour to finalise as soon as possible.
The invoice amount, including the buyer's premium and vat, must be paid in full directly into the bank on or before the Wednesday following the auction. All accounts need to be settled by the Wednesday after the auction.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
A bank charge is payable for each transfer made within the EU of £7 and £15 for all other countries, this will added to your invoice.

Storage before and after each classic car auction is free of charge for two weeks. Where possible, and numbers permitting, vehicles may be stored under cover.
