According to the Heritage Certificate that accompanies this Aston Martin DB5, it was built on 4 June 1964 and dispatched a few days later to Brooklands of Bond Street for WDS Tooling Aids Ltd, Richmond, Surrey. Equipment included a Powr Lok limited slip differential, Girling brakes, Triple SU HD8 carburettors, heated rear window, Dunlop RS5 tyres and black carpet. Six registered keepers are recorded on the V5C and the odometer shows 04805 miles. The DB5 has an MoT through to the end of August 2024 even though, as an historic vehicle, it no longer requires annual testing.
The Aston Martin, which is matching numbers, is described by the vendor (who has owned it since 2007) as running and driving well. Paperwork with the car includes the V5C, Heritage Certificates, instruction book, some recent bills and MoTs back to 2004. There's also an official Aston Martin workshop manual as well.
