Direct from a film company and now being sold due to retirement, this 1172cc Fordson (Thames) E83W truck has featured in quite a few productions including the films Noble, Christopher Robin, A United Kingdom, The Theory of Everything and A Royal Night Out and TV shows Call the Midwife, Endeavour, The Crown, SS GB, Foyle's War, The Halcyon, Ridley Road, Miss Marple, Professor Branestawm and WPC 56. It comes with a refuse truck ‘film’ body in addition to its standard dropside body with canvas tilt. The Fordson was registered in February 1953 and has six registered keepers recorded on its V5C. There's no current MoT; as an historic vehicle, the Fordson no longer requires annual testing. Its last expired in June 2012 after being tested the previous year at an indicated 56,234 miles.

Paperwork with the Fordson includes the current and past V5/V5Cs, MoT certificates back to 2002 and a few invoices. There's also the original buff logbook. Comes with a working Harvey Frost recovery crane and for film use only a refuse style body included.
