1970 JAGUAR E-TYPE 4.2 FHC SERIES II

Registered in February 1970, this Jaguar E-type 4.2 Series II is now showing 18,212 miles on its odometer; its engine was rebuilt in the Eighties and it is believed that the mileage was reset at that point. The current recorded keeper owned the vehicle since 1995 and self-maintained it, with lots of parts replaced since then. The car is running but hasn't been used in a while; the carbs were recently cleaned to get it running but may require more attention in the future. Four registered keepers are recorded on the V5C; its last MoT expired in July 2016 after being tested the previous year at an indicated 13,196 miles. However, as an historic vehicle, the E-type is now MoT-exempt.
