This Sparta moped was running before being put into a barn two years, according to the vendor. The 47cc bike was manufactured in 1969 but only imported into the UK and registered here in May 2019. Its odometer shows 11,387 miles and there's no record of an MoT since the Sparta came into the country. However, as an historic vehicle, the Sparta is now MoT-exempt. The only paperwork is the V5C.
