1990 ROVER MINI RACING FLAME CHECKMATE

998cc. This Rover Mini Racing Flame Checkmate has been subject to a full restoration over the last two years. It was purchased by the vendor in 2022 as his sons first car but it has proved difficult to get insurance. The works included, but not limited to, Accuspark electronic ignition, coil, plug and distributor, new alternator belt, battery, engine stabiliser mountain bushes, gear selector seal, sports exhaust, lock set fitted and new tyres all round. The bodyworks included new Heritage panels, quarter wings, front panel, door skins, chrome and respray in British Racing green with black roof which was changed from white. It has covered 65,000 miles and its MoT issued in January 2025 was without advisories. Described by the vendor as driving well. It comes with current V5, a few receipts and MoTs.
