1964 LAND ROVER SIIA

This Land Rover Series IIA SWB, registered in April 1964, received a body-off restoration some years ago. A mechanical overhaul was carried out between 2019 and 2023. It is described by the vendor as running well. Upgrades include an alternator conversion, electric fan, SU carburettor and parabolic springs. Recent new parts include shock absorbers, wheel cylinders and shoes, canvas roof, clutch and radiator. The front axle has also been rebuilt. The odometer shows 44,364 miles and the MoT expired in January 2018 after being tested the previous year at an indicated 30,929 miles. However, as an historic vehicle, the Land Rover is now MoT-exempt. Paperwork includes the current and past V5Cs, photos of the restoration, some invoices and technical info.
